Mike Smith, a native of Dallas, Pennsylvania and an AC Fitness veteran, has been strength training people of all ages for nearly three decades. Mike's philosophy is simple: "Less is more." As opposed to other weight training programs, Mike's workouts generally last between 30 and 45 minutes. His preferred tools of choice are weight machines and free weights.
